Dried Wonderful Seedless Lemon Slices

  • Wonderful Seedless Lemons, desired amount
  • Parchment paper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170ºF, or 200ºF if your oven does not go that low.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Slice the lemons ⅛" thick.
  4. Place the lemon slices on parchment paper and bake for 2 to 3 hours until completely dry. Store in an airtight container.
